Order Processing and Shipping:
All In-Stock Order are processed within 48 hours of being received. All orders made through credit cards must have the billing address on your order match the billing address on your credit card statement, No Exceptions will be allowed to this. Delivery to different address is allowed if your card passes through our credit card authorizations system. Delivery time will be calculated after the first 48 hours that your order is received. All Orders are sent via UPS Ground and or through the UPS System. At this time No P.O. Boxes will be delivered to.
All Delivery Time estimates are to exclude holidays and weekends as only UPS working days will be used to calculate Shipping. All orders processed will have a tracking number that you can access by logging in to the system.
All orders are insured through UPS up to 100 dollars free of charge, Titan Toys Inc is not responsible for delay and or lost packages by UPS. Although we do guarantee you will receive your product, any delay or lost package will have to be verified and processed through UPS, Titan Toys Inc will not have control on how long this process will take but we will do our best to make sure that any the wait is at a minimum.
Return policy:
Titan Toys Inc. is committed to customer service, all items can be returned on the following terms:
All items must be returned within 20 days of purchase.
Manufacturer defects will be replaced upon the return of the original item.
Broken and or damaged items through shipping will be picked up from UPS in the Original Package, and replaced once UPS has approved and inspected the damage item, this is done to verify insurance claims on items such as resin statues and other high end collectibles.
A refund will be given for the product price minus the shipping fees, if a product is returned for any reason other than an exchange for the same product.
Merchandise must be in original box or packaging with all enclosed documents, instructions and all accessories. Any open product or product missing items returned for a refund shall be charged a restocking fee of 25% minus the shipping fees.
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel returned at our discretion, any Movie and or CD item cannot be returned.
Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items:
A pre-order is an item which is on order but is not in stock yet, since there is a high demand for these products we sell them on a first come first serve basis. When you order it, you will not be charged until it is shipped out in most cases. Sometimes your card can be charged up to 5 days before a item arrives enabling us to get the item being shipped to you at a quicker return rate. Titan Toys Inc. is not responsible on any allocations and delays on product by manufaturers. All items are shipped on a first come first served order. Orders containing multiple pre-order items and in-stock items will be seperated into individual orders by our online system. Each pre-order or pre-order series is considered a separate order. You should receive a Order Number for each individually through the email system. Each separate order will ship as the product becomes available, Shipping charges will apply to all pre-orders undependantly unless it falls under items with free shipping or under free shipping promotions. |
